Are your products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes. All MNCS Luxury products are vegan, cruelty-free, and crafted using natural plant-based ingredients. We never test on animals or use animal-derived materials such as beeswax.
What type of wax do you use in your candles and wax melts?
We use a blend of soya and rapeseed wax, chosen for its clean, slow burn and sustainable sourcing. Our waxes contain no paraffin, palm, or petroleum.
Are your fragrances safe and paraben-free?
Absolutely. We use high-quality essential oils and paraben-free fragrance oils that meet UK safety standards and are compliant with CLP regulations.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our soaps are handmade in small batches using natural oils and butters — gentle enough for most skin types. However, we always recommend a patch test first.

Is your packaging recyclable or eco-friendly?
Yes — all our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind. We use recyclable glass, paper, and aluminium materials wherever possible.
Do you offer refills or recycling incentives?
We’re currently developing a refill and reuse scheme for candles and sprays — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
🕯️Candle Care & Safety
How long do your candles burn for?
Our standard candles burn approximately 30–40 hours, depending on size and room conditions.
How can I get the best burn from my candle?
Always burn for 2–4 hours on first use so the wax melts evenly to the edges. Trim the wick to 5mm before each lighting to prevent soot and tunnelling.
Are your wax melts safe to use in any burner?
Yes, our wax melts are compatible with electric and tealight burners, provided they meet UK safety standards.
🌸 Room Mists & Hand Care
Can I use your room sprays on fabrics or pillows?
Our room mists are gentle, but we recommend testing on a small area first. Avoid spraying directly on delicate materials.
📦 Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across the UK, with international delivery launching soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes — simply enter their delivery address at checkout. Leave a note stating this is a gift - we’ll make sure no price details are included and can even add a gift note if you wish.
💬 Returns & Support
Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or fragrance products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at mk@mncs.co.uk
